Full-Time: 9AM - 4PM, Monday to Friday
Temporary Summer Position: 10 weeks, 35 Hours
Start Date: June 16th 
End Date: August 21st


Requirements: 

  • Must be available to work Turtlefest - June 20th.

  • Must be available to work half-day on Canada Day until Noon.

  • Must be between the age of 15 - 30, as this position is supported by a youth employment grant. ​

  • Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment; and, have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations

Position Description: 

  • Create a fun, creative curriculum for 8 weeks of camp following themes geared towards ages 7-11

  • Engaging students in art activities and indoor/outdoor activities

  • Providing a list of required supplies for crafts, and activities in a timely manner. 

  • Unpacking supplies as it comes into the studio and organizing materials for each week/day.

  • Performing general cleaning duties in the classroom, and bathroom to ensure the space is clean and tidy.

  • Working as a team with staff and volunteers to provide an immersive and fun environment.

Full-Time: 9:30AM - 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
Temporary Summer Position: 8 weeks, 35 Hours
Start Date: June 29th
End Date: August 21st
