A one day workshop focused on some of the 'mysteries ' of using watercolour. This course is designed for the beginner watercolour artist or those that get 'frustrated' with controlling the medium. The workshop will be a series of exercises verse an actual painting.

Bring to Workshop:

Please bring an unfinished watercolour painting that you are struggling with from a techniques perspective and we will try to find some solutions.

Other Materials/Supplies:

3 primary paint colours, one red, one yellow & a blue

One round brush, # 10 or 14 ( or larger if you are comfortable with it)

One flat brush, 1/4 or 1/2 inch

Pencil

2 containers for water, paper towels, Mr. Clean eraser

Watercolour paper that you normally work on, min 140 lb.

Notebook and pen ( optional for taking down notes)

Brown bag lunch; coffee and tea will be provided.
