This class starts with a look at the 10 most common composition formats followed by experimentation with combinations of 3 colours. Bring your sketch book and some inexpensive watercolour paper for this .

After the first demo, participants will be encouraged to work full sheet ( i suggest arches 140lb, cold press) - bring a natural sponge, a non porous surface such as plexiglas, coated masonite or corrugated plastic to work wet- on -wet.

The afternoon could lead to another painting after the second demo or finishing your morning work -you decide - just be sure to bring more paper.
