Cathy will bring colours she has on hand to compare and contrast brands and show how various colours within colours (ie cadmium light, medium and dark shades.) work. Discussions will take place on complimentary colours and using colour for special effect. Safe use of your paint product will be discussed in the first class.

Class offered for those with some experience preferred.

Bring one or two canvases -minimum 16" x 20" and perhaps unfinished work that I can help you with.

Bring your current paints on hand (oil or acrylic) , brushes, clean up equipment, apron, palette and palette knife.
