About the event
Dive into the world of Claude Monet and the Impressionist movement. In the first part of the day learn about the history of Claude Monet and the elements and techniques that define Impressionism and create your own Water Lilly painting with guided instruction, as well as an image for reference. Explore using bright bold colours and gel medium to create texture in your artwork. In the second part of the day create your own impressionist nature scene, using your own reference photo.
