About the event
Over the course of the two 3- hour sessions, participants will learn the fundamentals of wheel - thrown pottery. In the first session, you'll be guided through the basics of preparing clay, centering on the wheel, and forming simple shapes such as bowls. In the second session, you'll return to trim, refine and finish your pieces, learning how potters shape and prepare their work for firing and glazing.
Come experience the satisfying process of transforming clay into something handmade by you!

All materials provided! Participants are asked to bring an apron, small towel, wear comfortable clothes.
