The Prize:

1. Two free entrance passes into A Taste of Tillsonburg (the “Event”) taking place on Friday 10th March between 7pm and 11pm, at Tillsonburg Community Centre, 45 Hardy Ave, Tillsonburg, ON N4G 3W9

2. Two commemorative tasting glasses.

3. One pack (2x50g) of GoodPud chilled desserts in a flavour of the winners choice to be collected at the event. This dessert can be eaten on site or taken home to be consumed.

4. The prize does not include any tokens to spend at the event. Tokens can be purchased at the Event (cash only) to exchange for goods and services at the participating vendor stands.

How to Enter:

1. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. Follow tburgstationart on either Instagram (@tburgstationart) or Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TillsonburgStationArtsCentre)

3. Tag a friend in the comments section of any Contest related post on either Instagram (@tburgstationart) or Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TillsonburgStationArtsCentre)

4. You may tag more than one person and each unique account tagged (as per 2.2.) will count as one entry into the Contest draw. 

5. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that your entry (including your first name and last name, and any materials submitted may be posted on facebook, and instagram and/or The Promoters proprietary website and email marketing, where it may be viewed, shared (by users of various internet-based sites) and commented on by the Promoter and the general public.

6. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Tillsonburg Station Arts Centre (“The Promoter”)

Agreement to Rules: 

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to the Tillsonburg Station Arts Centre headquartered in Tillsonburg, N4G 5P2 and whose Instagram handle is @tburgstationart and Facebook handle is https://www.facebook.com/TillsonburgStationArtsCentre

2. By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of The Promoter as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

Contest Period

1. The Contest begins on Thursday, March 2nd 2023 at at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“EST”) and ends on Tuesday, March 7th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”).

Eligibility 

1. The Contest is open to all residents of Ontario who have reached the age of nineteen (19) at the time of entry. 

2. Valid government identification may be required for entry into the Event.

3. This contest is governed by Canadian law and the laws of the province of Ontario.

4. Employees of the Tillsonburg Station Arts Centre, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. 

Draw and Winner Selection

1. On Wednesday, March 8th, 2023 in Tillsonburg, Ontario, at approximately 08:00 a.m. EST, one eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 

2. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant will be contacted by private message on the social media platform Facebook or Instagram and be notified that they are eligible to win. The selected entrant must reply by private message or email within 24 hours of notification and must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. 

4. If a selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted by social media private messaging within twelve (12)  hours of selection or there is a return of any prior notification as undeliverable; (ii) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question then he/she/they will be disqualified and will forfeit the Grand Prize, The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate entrant from among the remaining eligible entries.

General

1. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by the Contest Rules. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws, and is void where prohibited by law. 

2. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond The Promoter’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, The Promoter may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by The Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. 

3. By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless The Promoter and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/ or the  Event and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

4. You acknowledge that the Event is not being organized or hosted by The Promoter. The Promoter is a vendor participating in the Event and cannot be held liable for the cancellation, disruption and/or general dissatisfaction in the Event. 

5. The prize event tickets cannot be exchanged for another session time or date at the Event.

6. The Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. The Prize cannot be transferred to other persons.
